Seriously, I was wondering if Casa Toranos came in robustos -- I'd just seen them in -- I think -- Toros and that's all the shop had when I asked. Gotta get back to Cigar King, didn't have much time and it's like half a mile out of the way, obviously not far but when time is limited ....

Oh yeah, they come in Robbies and that's probably my favorite size for these.

Peace.

Did you say you had a bunk MB1 churchill the other day? Was it out of your new box? What was the deal? I had one (one of my last of the box) that tasted, literally, like charcoal. Just couldn't be smoked. I emailed Jose and asked why this would happen and he gave me an explanation and took care of me.

Go Beavs!

Hey Stoge and Smokie;
I think I'm gonna take the Edge Torps out as well as the PAMs... the Edge Torps come either in bundles or the massive box of 100 and the PAMs don't really fit into the whole "cost-conscious" paradigm...

That drops the list down too...
I'm about 2/3 done with it - just surveying 5 or 6 online vendors and the price deals are there to be found. It's pretty surprising to me, at least.

Sounds cool, Andy I can't wait to see it when you're done.

Hey, the removal of PAMs does bring something up though. What would you say about doing one of these Andy, that did feature smokes that were not added for their "cost conciousness". A spreadsheet that would hold the PAMs, VSGs, Opus Xs etc.? I'd be willing to help complie the pricing info. Just LMK what you think.

Nice list Andy! Those are all good smokes for the cost conscious aficionado. Can't wait to see the end result.

What a great idea this is andy. How about we break them out on the spreadsheet also by price and our own rating system.

Hey all,
Still working on the last 4 stores. Should have them done by tomorrow night - or the weekend by the latest - I have been totally slammed with work lately. You know, that stuff that pays the bills, versus time online posting and creating spreadsheets that actually ENCOURAGE me to spend money!!!

Hey Smokie, I think that we do need to add about 3 or 4 real premium boxes that we can monitor for prices, like PAM's, VSG's, etc.

Windsor,
How you doing?
I think that the rating of them is kind of implicit, b/c these are the top 22 that we came up with that are "box worthy" and in that they are rated pretty high with all of us!

I'll post when I get it all done.
Take care all,
Andy

It's pouring cats and dogs, so my visit to Padron has got to wait.
Meanwhile, I updated the page by adding 3 more vendors: Atlantic, Nice Ash and Serious. Until eSmokestack makes it easier to get their prices online, I can't put them up there. Maybe if someone knows the owner, they could have him send me via email the prices for the mentioned boxes and I would be very happy to post them. Until then, not sure what to do.

As for Atlantic & NiceAsh, I have never used them, but their prices are astounding on some of these boxes. Anyone use them and can vouch for their customer service, shipping, etc.?

Enjoy Fellas...
