Im so ashamed that I have not heard of this before seeing it in maxim.

rest assured I am not asking because it was pictured opposite jessica simpson. been smoking for many years and am a proud owner of the 2004(?) DVD set. however I am one to share and gave the 2nd to my friend which we smoked together.

in the end it was one of those so good I almost regret not having it anymore.

Ive smoked other opus X(not many, as my local cigar shop is unable to get them it seems) and none ever compared(while great cigars, for the difficulty to find them, the padron anniv suit me)

but this little collectors set of cigar and drink has me watering at the mouth.

Ive searched and searched, the website for it appears to be a trainwreck scattered with misinformation. and google search tells me only that it does indeed exist; or will exist, but not yet released.

so I am here hoping that someone can point me in a direction that will provide some answers, or even better a waiting list or actual source to purchase it if it has been released.

Was supposed to be in Vegas stores this month. They are also advertising a 'Forbidden' martini at select restaurants across the country. We have a restaurant in our area that will carry it. They provide no details when I call, however..........

I emailed them and they emailed me back in a 30 minutes. This is what they emailed me
quote:

Thank you for your inquiry. Cigar in the Bottle is an exclusive luxury product just being released after 10 years of development. It features a patented glass bottle hand blown in the South of France that contains a patented glass chamber in the center to store and protect a cigar. The cigar is sealed inside with a patented Humidipak gel system that maintains and preserves the cigar's freshness. The surrounding liquid is Grand Pommier XS Calvados, an exquisite apple brandy from Normandy, France made from over 100 varieties of apples, then double distilled and aged for up to 40 years. This spirit won back-to-back Double Gold, Best Calvados and Best of Show honors even before the product's release. The cigar is a Fuente Forbidden X, even more exclusive than the coveted OpusX. Most notably, the tobaccos for this cigar are finished in used Grand Pommier XS barrels to lend an apple brandy aroma. Robb Report rated the cigar "Best of the Best." The product comes with a jewelry grade gift box and is truly the perfect gift for the man who has almost everything. The bottles are numbered, and collectors note that the odd numbered and even numbered bottles have different labeling on the bottom. Cigar in the Bottle retails for approximately $300 per bottle. Only 1,000 bottles are being released in the first batch, in increments of a few hundred bottles per shipment. So far, each shipment has sold out within a matter of days, as demand far exceeds supply. If you would to order a bottle, we recommend Old Oaks Cigar and Liquor Co. in Thousand Oaks at (805) 494-1886. You can also try Lee's Liquor at the Flamingo store in Las Vegas. We will be sending our next shipment to Chicago where it will be carried by the Binny's liquor chain. That should arrive within the next 3-4 weeks.

If you are ever in Las Vegas, be sure to visit Casa Fuente, the cigar lounge at Caesar's Forum Shops, where the product can be ordered by the shot.

We hope this has been helpful, and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.
