I don't know about you, but in Northern Virgina (and on my usual web spots) I cannot find the olivia V series. In particualr, I'm looking to score some torpedo's. Anybody who has access willing to pick me up some? or trade?
Edited to change to V series

N3P - Check out www.jackschwartz.com they ususally have some V's in stock. Think they are out of the torpedos right now, but you can email them and they will either notify you or hold some torps when they get in.
I also would be more then happy to pick some up for you, but to be honest you are prob better buying direct. I pay a total of 23% city and state tobacco tax and since you are out of state you would avoid all that. Without the taxes the prices are pretty good.
they also have the Litto Gomez Small Batch No 2, pricey, but I hear good things. I have a 5'er resting right now.
Here in the Bay Area, the Vs are probably the hottest cigar in every shop I go to. One of the shop owners told me he ordered a batch months ago and they are having trouble fulfilling it when it should normally take about a week. The super high rating in CA made everyone take notice, now people want it like crazy. When they first came out I grabbed a torpedo for $6.75. After the rating they are at least $10 now, it's a good cigar but I'll take a MB3 for that price any day of the week.

If anyone can get them for 8 or less, I'd like a fiver. I can paypal the cash first if anybody is interested.

Talked to a guy where the Oliva's have been in constantly for the past two months or so and he said that he ordered a crap load of them and they took a long time to come in but that now he is getting a few boxes a week. I think I paid about 4.89 or so for the double robusto the other day. If anyone needs help getting them then let me know because they seem to be stocked around town here in Louisville.
I've had a really difficult time finding a wide variety of V's at B&Ms. Most times I find the Belicoso, Double Robusto, and the Lancero. I've never seen the Torpedo at a B&M.
I've been told the availability of the Torpedo dropped off significantly after its placement in the Top 10. Has anyone here noticed that?

my B&M has never had more than 3 sizes in at a time and i dont think i have seen the lancero, last time i went i saw the double robusto and the belicoso, the time before they also had the torpedo to go with that group. i havent seen a box of lanceros yet tho
DAMN, Im Thirsty! I want a beer, how bout you? You want a beer?
I think the V lancero is the tastiest cigar i've had to date....very nice, smooth smoke (but then again i have a VSG with 3 years of age in my humi, an opus x with 2 years, and a padron 64 with a year)...my opinion may change when i smoke one of those
