- Camacho Corojo
- Camacho Diploma depending on where you buy (I pay right @ $7 per)
- CAO Brazilia (I personally do not like the Italia line)
- A. Fuente Chateau or Double Chateau Nat. Sungrowns
- Padron 2-4K
- "o"liva (is that right?) Maduro and Masterblends
- Some people like Rocky Patels,I don't, but that's just a personal taste pref.

That's my 2 cents for the day.

I understand where you are coming from Murf, I am a law student, and maybe one day I'
ll smoke some nice ones, but I reserve anything over three dollars for special times. The Edge by Rocky Patel, which was mentioned before, was the best cigar I have had, (mostly because I haven't ventured into too many expensive ones). It can be had for around five dollars.

The line of Gispert cigars are a bargain at under 5 bucks.
Sancho Panza's also fall in the "cheap" but great tasting cigars.

I have heard the Gispert Robusto Maduro is good. I like the AF Chateau Fuente Maduro/SG, AF Don Carlos #4, padrons.

Like tgherpst said, this would be the best thing to do.

Let us know what you end up getting and how you like them.

Five Vegas Golds
Five Vegas "A"'s for maduro
AF Chateau Fuente- $70 a box usually
Padilla Hybrid Robusto
Just about anything in the Torano line would suit your fancy and fit this description and give great quality of smoke
Padron 1000-60000
Gran Habano line of cigars
Perdomo reserve in the robusto and figurado sizes
Nat Sherman Host selection
Occidental Reserve Connecticut bundles- a great smoke by Hendrik Kelner and don't be fooled that its a bundled cigar

lots of smokes out there that fit your criteria

I just returned from a vacation in the Philippines and brought back some handmade cigars. The were quite good and inexpensive at that. I justed wanted to share that since I read that the Vice-Chairman from American Express, Jonathan Linen, seems to have enjoyed cigars from that country. I don't hear much buzz about Philippine cigars.

camacho corojo
camacho select
padron
torano silver
casa torano
fonseca series F
vegas de fonseca
Ashton classic
Griffins classic
griffins fuerte
fuente hemmingway
JDN celebracion
JDN antano

If I had to pick one I would pick the camacho corojo monarca. Anything with over a year on it is a fantastic smoke.

Some pretty good ones mentioned here, but haven't heard Don Pepin Garcia Blue Label mentioned yet. In my opinion best full-bodied smoke under 7 bucks, along with the Camacho Corojo

Fortunately, I can afford pricier cigars but, just because I can pay more, doesn't mean I want to. My two favorites - both well under your price limit - are Maria Guerrero Robusto and the Montesino Sun Grown.
