what a boring cigar! although it burned and drew well and produced a decent amount of smoke, the name led me to believe it was full of flavor. Not the case for me. The flavor was more medium, flat and never changed.
I like the profile of the Brazilia's and generally favor maduro's. Is there another CAO with this much flavor? Obviously I didn't find it in the eXtreme.
im surprised to hear you say that the flavor was flat, ive smoked a quite a few of these, and all of mine have been flavor bombs, quite a bit different than the brazilia blend, but still very good in my opinion. my advice is to try another, might have just been that one cigar. these are one of my favorite CAO's, but i dont get them very often.
I've had a box of the extremes sitting in my coolerdor for about 8 mos. now. I found them to be fairly nice smoke when I first got them - so I think I'll try one tomorrow for lunch and let you know how they've come along.

I like the Brazilia best of theCAO line too. However I think the Italia is a close second.

there's a thread several above this one that discusses powerhouse vs mild/medium smokes, and someone mentioned that just because a smoke is rated full or strong, doesn't mean that It'll have more flavor. I find this to be true in the case between the Brazilia and eXtreme. but that's MHO. now I'm gonna try the CAO anny maduro, this should be more my taste.
Jadawin, your probably right, I should try another but I've always had a hard time with that. I just can't bring myself to try something again that I didn't like the first time. thanks for everyone's opinion! see you on the next thread.
thanks pfsgoldeneagle! can you give me some more specifics? size, taste, cost? I'll check my local to see if they carry it. They carry a wide variety of CAO's so maybe they can get it if they don't have it. come to think of it, I have heard of it.
