Had a PUNCH the other day that wise like trying to suck a "golf ball through a garden hose". Couldn't get a draw if a tried. Tried massaging the cigar and this helped a bit. Anyone have any advice on how to correct this if it happens again. Any idea of what causes this? had a PUNCH before and it was pretty decent.

Last night i had an After Dark maduro with 2 years of age on it. It was actually really good, for an NC copy of CC... I had no problem with draw or burn. The construction was spot on, and the flavor was great. Prolly wont ever buy another NC punch tho.

I myself have always enjoyed the NC Punch Double Corona and some of the Hoyo line as well.
Where else would you rather be, than right here, right now?

Premium cigars are a handmade product. Human beings are, by nature, imperfect. So a tight or plugged stick will get through once in a while, no matter how good the roller or quality control.
Your retailer should replace the cigar for you. Mine does.
I have smoked hundreds of punches. The only ones with draw issues were the rare corojo. And The CCs of course on occasion- but the NCs have always had uniform construction and draw..
