yeah i'm lucky PA has no tax on tobbaco other than cigs. Its just a matter of time though. Smoking bands are becoming more popular as well(philadelphia is in the process of enforcing one), i'm concerned i won't be able to sit in my local cigar shop and smoke a cigar anymore. Insane!
