OK. I'm ready to stir everyone up.

Just curious. What is your personal opinion as to best Non-Cuban Cigar? Disregard price. That can be another post.

This is the.... if you were trapped on a desert island and could only smoke one Non-Cuban cigar, it would be.....

Dang, Puffy, I'm just guessing, but I think that whole "best Non-Cuban cigar" regardless of price... rules Cuban cigars out. Wink Of course, if you're not a geography major, I suppose I'll overlook it.

Really, I'm just trying to stir up controversy! Hopefully! Big Grin

My choice will be probably Trinidad TTT, or MC Platinum. Hard to choose between two.

Just my feeble attempt at being funny.
Okay, I would take one of those 18" cigars so I could smoke it for a few days.

Ashton VSG Torpedo. Got a box from the latest shipment and this is as good as they have been this year. They have been getting steadily better and more consistent throughout this year. These are almost back to the level they were when they first hit the market.

GoldenEagle,

That's what I'm going to get my dad and brother for us to smoke for our annual Christmas Day smoke. I've never had one but constantly hear all the rave. I can't wait!

I'm about to put in an order to stock up on my favorites...Don Carlos and Punch Gran Puro. I have a feeling I'll be adding a few of these to my next "to get" list.

Got to be the PAN 40 Year Anny.

Beautiful cigar in every way. I wish I could smoke one everyday. I was lucky to be gifted one by a member here Bubba.

The best NC cigar I have ever had the pleasure of smoking. (period)

Tom, you ready to place an order? Or do you want to wait until after Christmas?

I'm unfamiliar with half the cigars mentioned in this thread. Do you suppose if I give these a try I'll give up smoking Cuban cigars?

On occasion I'll pull for a Padron 26. Hemmingways are a nice change of pace, too. Maybe its because they're 180 degrees out from what a Cuban taste like, but they are still enjoyable.

So if I have to say best - the Padron 26 Anni Natural.

Life is all about ass - you're either covering it, laughing it off, kicking it, kissing it, busting it, trying to get a piece of it, behaving like one, or you live with one!

People aren't smoking cigars to be trendy, cool or stylish. They're smoking cigars because they like them. Because they enjoy the experience. Because for about $5 they can spend an hour sampling one of life's greatest luxuries.

A shipment of Cien Anos went out last month. I bought a few from my local guy when he got them. They are indeed a great smoke, but I just don't think they have quite as much body as a great VSG does. The flavors in them are very well married though. No complaints from me on this one.

For me, its the surprising little MAGUS Pronto M, a 4.5x42 firecracker of a cigar. YES, I make this cigar, but I don't love it cause I make it, I make it cause I love it. Big Difference.
