Just smoked the Vice (the big one. Like super big. Like big to the point where it's a little intimidating.) I enjoyed it a lot- lots of flavor, sort of salty, mineral profile for the first fourth, then mellowed a little to a sort of... maybe cedar flavor? In any case, good flavor, great burn. I put it out about 5/8ths of the way through after an hour and fifteen minutes, probably could have gone for another 30 or 45 before it got bitter.

Anyone else have thoughts on this one? Also, how are other vitolas in the Maxx line?

i just smoke a fix tonight (the 5x58 robusto), ive liked these smokes for a while, theyre more of a change of pace for me now, but i definitely enjoy them. they are a vary good maduro, one of the better NCs when you take price into account. (if i remember correctly, CA did a vertical tasting for their top 25 issue and all score between 87-89)

If you like the MAXX, then you'll like the Tempus line too. That will be my next box purchase.

If you like The Maxx, you can purchase them in bundles from Famous Smoke. I don't find them on their web site but they list them in their catalog as Alec Bradley bundles. Same blend, same size as The Maxx. Could be seconds but for $1.30 a stick who cares, let your friends mooch em.

I think "The Fix" scored a 90 or 91 at one point if I remember correctly. I have had one sitting in the humi for about 4 or 5 months and have heard nothing but good things about the line.
