I was at a local store today and a worker there pointed me toward a few new cigars from the Dunhill line. I had never heard of this line, but decided to do a little check on the forum. All I can come up with is that they made some amazing, rare and expensive Cubans. How are the non Cuban cigars that they make? Are they still a hard find, and how is the quality?
If you use the search function, you can find some more info on Dunhill.
In a nutshell, Dunhill is no longer Dunhill. Alfred Dunhill Ltd of England used to offer a line of all-Cuban cigars until about 25 years ago when the company broke ties with what was then Cubatboacco and began producing a much different line of cigars in the DR, and later, the Canary Islands and Honduras which were either distributed by or produced under license by Lane Ltd.
Today, there are two Dunhills: a mild Dominican with a blue band that is made in the DR and distributed by Santa Clara, the distribution arm of JR Cigars; and the Dunhill Signed Range, an excellent but way overpriced cigar produced and distributed by Carlos Torano. And of course, Dunhill licenses their name for a line of cigarettes. But today, Dunhill has morphed into a fashion & accessories house.

Yes sir. I checked the search function first and must have missed the thread or specific post. Mostly all I saw was talk about Dunhill's being one of the best Cubans ever how they were hard to find. I do apologize, but thanks for the reponse.
