How good are these?
I have one, seems to be a Robusto though a little bit thicker, and comes wrapped in white light paper. It's has a maduro wrapper as well.

Edit: the wrapper is even darker than regular maduros. I think it's an Oscuro.

They're OK...medium-bodied, seem to be inconsistant though, 1st one I had I loved, lots of tea notes...the few after that didn't taste the same...I'll stick to the CC Choix Supreme

...smoke 'em if you got 'em

i used to smoke the robusto supremo oscuro. it is a beautiful stick and the smoke smells great. it is a mild-medium bodied smoke that is simple.

"Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua and Cuba. The wrapper would be from Cuba. The binder leaves would be from Nicaragua. For the ligero tobacco in the filler, he would use two types, one from Esteli and the other from Jalapa in Nicaragua. The other filler components, seco and viso, would come from Cuba, the former from Villa Clara, the latter from Pinar del Rio. That Cigar, he says with pride, would score 100 points."

I agree with floridasmoke: if you have access to habanos, stick with the Choix Supreme.

As said on many threads, please do not confuse these with the CC of the same name. Completely different.

On that note, I like the NC ERDM's. I enjoy Frank Llaneza's blends on a whole basically. Affordable and a very decent smoke.
Try the Flor De Llaneza.
