On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 7. CA might give it as much as a 70, but IMHO it is a real Poor cigar.

I bought a sampler from AltadisUSA and tried the Corona Gorda, a 6X 52 cigar with a nice brown wrapper but upon clipping and taking a test draw it tasted and smelled like my grandfathers White Owl.

That sucks. I just got the sampler from Altadis. Maybe I'll let them sit for a while (or put in the RATS pass Big Grin).

I have the same sampler. I'll let them sit for a little longer too!

I had one I bought when they first came out, I think last fall. I kept putting off smoking it until I finally said what the hell about a month and a half ago. It wasn't bad, really. It sort of suprised me. Would I buy a box? No. Would I smoke one for free? I'd consider it, lol.

I too got the smapler pack and smoked
the corona first. Now what I would call
a go-back to cigar. Eek Will let the
other 2 set for a few months - then smoke
or maybe pass-off. Wink

I will throw out the minority vote here. I actually liked it. I have only had one belicoso and I thought it was a great smooth and creamy smoke. It is not one that I brag about, but I would buy a box to diversify the humidor.

Cigars are like women: They come in all shapes and sizes and the good ones are expensive.
