JRs was recently bought out.
Looks like Lew might be beginning to lose control over the operation.

Hasn't the rule of thumb been, and I believe it was PRC that said this once, JR is only good for buying stuff made by villazon or general cigar? That being the case, they lost my business a long time ago since most other stuff is cheaper and I don't buy general cigar's brands any more. Also, what kind of an online cigar store doesn't carry padron or torano? In fact, I looked through my humidor today and there wasn't one cigar in there that they sell at JR's. Once upon a time I loved that place but I think I have outgrown it.

Hard work may pay off eventually but laziness always pays off now.
