Hi Big Rons, the dinners are always the first Wed of the month. It begins at 7pm and people begin to leave about 10-1030 while others linger and play cards to the wee hours of the morning. We usually have about 80 guys, so come check us out. If you would like to come with a bunch of your friends on a weekend, please be my guest. BYOB and we can order food to be delivered. Just let me know what date is best for you and your friends and I will set it up.

Actually the dinner breaks up around 9:30pm. However, members hang around and play pool, poker and watch tv. The place usually empties around midnight.
Alan Rubin of Alec Bradley cigars is coming and is very excited about seeing our place. I'm sure he is bringing lots of MAXX and other fine cigars in his line.
BigRons....You'll just have to move closer. Sell the house (:-)
I just received a package from Alan at Alec Bradley for the dinner. 100 MAXX 6 1/2 x 54, 100 MAXX 5 x 58 and 4 of 'The Well' ashtrays valued at 95.00 each for the raffle.

Actually, where I live, weekend events don't draw at all. I think most people feel that Friday and Saturday nights are for girlfriends, wives, kids, etc and it's almost impossible to get people to weekend events. My local B&M hosts about one dinner a month and it's always M-Th. I'm all for weekend events but most of the married guys just wouldn't come. Although, like you'd expect, we usually wrap it up by 11pm.
Well, Wed night was one of our better dinner/meetings. We had just over 70 in attendance. Alan Rubin of Alec Bradley cigars was there as our guest. Alan brought 240 MAXX cigars and 4 of The Well ashtrays.
We had a full buffet of mussels with a spicy tomato sauce, beef, chicken, eggplant rollatini, pasta and many desserts.
We raffled off two boxes of CAO for members and sold raffle tickets for the ashtrays, raising 550 for the club. Alan gave a nice talk about the MAXX cigars which are made at the Placencia factory in Honduras. We smoked just about all of the cigars he brought.
After the meeting broke up around 9:30 there were guys playing dominoes, Texas Holdem, poker, etc. I was playing straight pool. I left at midnight and there were still guys here.
Came in today for leftover lunch of mussels, pasta and eggplant.
