If I don't cook my pork shoulder in the smoker the slow cooker is the way to go.
I just put it in there on low for 8-10hrs submerged in Goya Mojo. Pair it with some yellow rice and black beans and you're good to go. Don't forget the cuban bread.

Now that sounds good.. Do you buy the mojo or make it? Either way, I'd like to know your source!

it turned out wonderful.

Had the BBQ pork, so tender and juicy. Then made cheese grits and cornbread. Paired with some nice cold beer.

It was great. Thanks for the help guys. Now I have 4 tuperware containers filled in the freezer for later feasting.

I use Goya brand mojo. I've tried a few and like that one the best. You won't be disappointed.

I have used the Goya brand, it is great. I buy all their products. I second that.

STUFFED PORK TENDERLOIN:

Pretty easy recipe just hard to put together.
*Pork tenderloin- slice and roll so you can spread it out flat.
*Spinach, garlic and herb feta, mushrooms, yellow and red peppers, and more feta.
Take the above and place on the flat cut tenderloin, roll it up and tie with cooking string. You can put a rub on the pork if you like, and if you choose not to, well dont. Sorry if it is a lame recipe but try it and you wont be let down.

I make Pastrami Dogs in the summer They're just hot dogs wrapped in pastrami and covered with jalapenos and onions. Easy enough for ya? lol

Oh, and for the love of GOD, buy these hot dogs. Trust me, they're much better than what you're getting, especially in the South. In fact, just buy all your food from that website, and nooooo, I don't own or nor does any family member or friend.

Yeah those are far beter than we can get down here (nathan's would probably be the best we can get down here). But as far as the BEST I have had - wegman's hotdogs are just amazingly good. Every year when I go up to Buffalo, I pack a cooler to take back real food, and wegmans is a big portion of the cooler.
