There is a shop on the riverfront, East Bay St., Ye Olde Tobacco, I believe. Also, Savanna Cigars on Congress St.is close by. There are also a couple of cigar bars in the district, and were great places to smoke. Lots of places to eat......Savannah's a great place.........

Agreed. Great restaurants, and if you can't smoke in your favorite one, you can just walk out the door and have a smoke by the river.
