Bourbon is the best IMO! And I like to match the particular bourbon to the particular cigar as well.

I've only found a place that makes caparinhas once, but it was very good. How are they made and can you find cachaca in the liquor stores here?

Espresso, Kahlua, stout beer. Rum also pairs well with most smokes.

For me, port is #1, followed by a heavy stout or porter or a good cabernet.

If it's cold out, a nice Dark Roast coffee does the trick. If I'm drinking beer, I like a nice dark beer, Guinness, Amberbock, something to that effect. If I'm drinking hard stuff I like a good Saphire & Tonic. Like the Bloody Mary's with a good cigar at an early tailgate during football season.

Mojitos are pretty good on a hot day. I love gin and tonic but I do not care for them with a cigar. I don't find that they do anything to complement each other.

George Dickel (White) and coke or water. No substitutes. Hands down the best with a good stogie!
