Kind of off post but the trend of calling chicken wings, "Buffalo wings" or with "Buffalo sauce". Here in Buffalo we call them Chicken wings or just wings. We order them hot, medium or mild and well done. No dipping sauce, just blue cheese.
yeah smoking ribs is easy to do but rushing the process ruins the flavor
also a good dry rub before smoking with some pepper salt meat tenderizer and any other seasoning you like can increase the flavor and make good ribs amazing
