My wife and I LOVE Del Frisco's and had the best meal of our life there in Vegas. I thought Louisville had a Del Frisco's steakhouse but the official website doesn't list it.

A quick google search yields some results and location with phone number. I called and they told me they "aren't affiliated" with the other ones.

More recent reviews yields mixed results, with some reviews going downhill in recent postings.

So, having said all that I wanted to ask if anyone had any input. Should my wife and I drive down from Indy and have an evening in Louisville at Del Frisco's or is it not worth the effort?

Thanks.

if it isn't associated with the franchise, then I wouldn't expect the same quality of food and service..

it might be worth a try, but don't go there expecting it to be like the Vegas or NYC Del frisco's

I will be back in Louisville the first week of June. Let me know if it is worth going to please.

Remember Louisville has a strict smoking ban, especially for Kentucky. No smoking indoors anywhere. So no cigars unless they have a patio. I doubt it will be warm enough.

From what I understand, the Louisville DF is opening soon. Being a staunch patron of the Denver DF, i highly recommend you make the trip.
