We are having a hard time finding a good place to smoke and have a beer here in WA state.

I have always had success in Seattle....Metropolitan Grill is not only, IMHO, the best place for a steak on the entire West Coast, but they have a very cigar-friendly bar and even sell cigars.....also, there is a very nice, separate cigar lounge inside the nearby El Guacho steak house.
