Churchill's, which is in the Quincy/Faneuli Market area (across the street from the Hard Rock, next door to the Millenium Bostonian Hotel) is a good place to grab a smoke. They serve beer and some wines. The selection in the humidor is lacking, but you can bring your own and they won't give you any grief over it (or charge you a cutting fee - just tip the bartender a few extra bucks). I normally stay at the Millenium when I go there and have found the owner of Churchills and their employees to be good folks.

You will not be able to smoke in your hotel room in Boston.

Cigar Masters, pretty much in the heart of the downtown shopping and resurant district, on 745 Boylston Street http://cigarmasters.com/

I have to give a plug for Atlantic Fish Company, http://www.atlanticfishco.com/ my favorite resturant in town and only a few steps up from Cigar Masters and next to Abe & Louie's steakhouse http://www.abeandlouies.com/

So, enjoy some great seafood or beef before your smoke!
