Here in Texas it's Chicken Fried Steak, mashed potatoes with white gravy, fried okra, iced tea and cobbler.

Curried goat, jerk pork/chicken and spicy beef patties. Or shepherds pie with cheddar mash.

My weekly Sunday morning omelette with steak, cheddar, sauted mushrooms & onions with each bite dipped in ketchup, with good coffee and Jessica's Cinnamon toast.

In winter, French Onion soup and "French Dip" roast beef sandwich.

In summer, with most any entree, freshly picked corn on the cob. With fresh seafood, we love tomato, basil and mozzerella, sprinkled with olive oil on real good thin cut bread. (My son started calling it "Caveman Pizza" when he was about 7.)
