I might be running up to Huntsville because I received a job offer and want to check it out. My search here said The Humidor on Memorial Parkway is the B&M in town. Is this still the case? Are there any other B&Ms I should know about?

It is the only true cigar shop there I think. There is a liquor store close to it that sells cigars. I think it is called Great Spirits. They have maybe 10-12 brands of cigars. They are friends with The Humidor guys and carry the sticks he doesn't, but you can't smoke there. When I go to town before 6pm I go to the humidor. if it is after 6pm I go to the liquor store to pick up a few sticks to hold me over until the next time I'm in town. Robin, the Owner of The Humidor, is a great guy. Descent prices and friendly service. Though there is one guy that works there that isn't too personable. When he is working I don't hang out long. I just get my smokes and enjoy one on the way home.

MM is right. The Humidor Pipe Shop is the only cigar store in town.

Though Great Spirits sells a few good brands. (Cohiba, Zino, and a few others)

Try THPS first, Robin and the guys there are first class people and they will take good care of you. Good size humidor with a great selection. It's kinda overwhelming to me in there at times. SO many cigars to chose from and yet I can't have them ALL. Big Grin

I think you will find everything you need there, but like MM said, if it is after 6pm head south on Memorial Parkway and stay on the service road. Once you cross Drake Ave. Great Spirits is on the right in the first strip mall you come too.

Not as many cigars, but an OUTSTANDING wine selection. Have fun while you are here.

Don't be threatened by my being here...
