1 1/2 ounces of Marti Autentico Rum with natural lime and mint flavors.
5 mint leaves or more if you prefer.
2 lime wedges.
1 diet graipfruit soda.

put the 5 or so mint leaves in a tall glass and pound them a bit to extract flavor. slightly sqeeze the 2 lime wedges and drop in glass. fill glass with ice cubes. pour the Rum in and pour the diet grapefruit soda in. Litely stir and add a small lime piece to the rim of glass. Enjoy.

The reason I call this South Beach Mojito is because if you walk along the beach in miami and see all the slim bodies in bikinis you have to keep the calorie count down. And Miami Florida has great citrus there for graipfruit soda.
It realy is a great drink.

Thanks Littiones, I'll have to give this a whirl over the weekend. I'm always looking for new cocktails to serve. And I've been known to enjoy a good mojito every now and again. Wink

Cheers!
