La Casa del Habano is the only place one should ever go. Ever. However, I believe they're authentic (but pricey) at the Atlantis if I'm thinking straight. I don't know if they have Cubans at Greycliff...

Nassau is loaded with fakes so be very cautious.

staying at the Graycliff hotel would be amazing.

There is a small place, I believe right on Front St. near the port called Stogie's. It is the ONLY legitimate place downtown to get authentic Cuban cigars. It is quite expensive, though. The shop in Atlantis is even more expensive and the staff is less knowledgeable.

Since there is no La Casa de Habano in Nassau, other than those two places, you will not find an authentic Cuban cigar in there. No matter what the other shopkeepers, street vendors, taxi drivers, even the cruise director on your ship tells you....only shop at one of those two places or you will be taken...period. I recommend Stogie's if you can find it.

Havana Humidor is the shop in Atlantis and I believe there is another one, on one of the side streets in Nassau near the port....they are extremely expensive but legit.....I was there a few years ago and they wanted $80 for a Cohiba Sublime

...smoke 'em if you got 'em

Does anyone know where the fake Cubans in the Bahamas are actually from?

I was there a few months ago and didn't know about the shop in Atlantis (the place is huge), so I ended up buying some from a store on one of the side streets near the port that floridasmoke mentioned. I got a "Monte #2", a "Bolivar Colosales", and a "Cohiba Robusto". They were $10 each or 3 for $20.

I knew they were fakes but I was curious (and I wanted something to smoke). To tell you the truth, they weren't actually that bad. The labels were incredibly realistic as well.

If you got a "good" fake you got lucky... Most fakes taste like licking an ashtray.

I've smoked a fake PSD4 in the Bahamas and it almost made me throw up....it was horrible......any store on the streets of Nassau sells fakes, even the liquor stores....they usually sell for $10 or 3 for $25.....Havana Humidor is the same one in Atlantis.....they actually won't let you bring any sticks in the store because fakes run rampid on the island and they fear of swapping fakes for legits
