What's everyone cooking or grilling tomorrow ??
My daughter's family is coming in from Orlando so we're cooking Chicken & Ribs on the barbie.
Plenty of sides, corn on the cob, pasta salad and baked beans. It looks like I'll gain another 5 pounds !! Have a great 4th !!!

Some beauuutiful dry-aged bone-in ribeyes. (My wife is from an Angus cattle-raising family; she picks the steaks). Redskins and corn on the cob. Home made cole slaw. Apple pie. Going to shoot some clays for fireworks. The only "un-American" flaw in our plan is that the cigars will be CCs. Wink

Lunch will be hot dogs and hamburgers grilled outside on the BBQ.

Dinner is Roast Beef. Our grill is too small to do it outside so MrsDoc will be making that in the oven.

I will be focusing all of my efforts on sausage and pepper sandwiches. I can usually eat three. There may be other foods on offer but I will eat hot sausage.

Salmon with dill & roasted corn, with a nice Bordeaux wine. Salmon is about the only fish I've had that pairs nicely with red wine.
