What are you having on this Fat Tuesday? I started off with a Pastelilo. It's spanish style seasoned meat deep fried in a pastry type shell. Fantastic. Then I had Arozz con gandules (yellow rice and pidgion peas) and pernil(seasoned pork Puerto Rican style). Had Malta as a beverage and Punchki(polish doughnut) for desert. I am heading out to have a Padron Serie 26 no.6 natural with a glass of Sandeman Tawny Port.
