I have been given a pound of cuban coffee beans and want to know what is the best way to make it so it best reproduces the great coffee to be had on the island . Would you just use an espresso machine, or drip , or bodum press !!! or something else?
I'd never want to belong to a club who would have someone like me for a member

Find a stove-top Bialetti aluminum expresso pot. Find a glass, ceramic or metal recipient that you can put the appropriate amount of sugar in and then add the first drop of the cafe and mix it to make the "espuma" (the foam). You don't need anything fancier than a spoon and your wrist for this. Been doing this every morning for years...
