Look for some locally rolled cigars. I bought some Galiano cigars there a few years ago and they were mild but tasty.

I've bought about 300 of the Don Lucas cigars and enjoyed them very much. They will pick you up and drive you to the "factory"/store. Beware different resorts promote different local brands (and I'm sure receive a gratuity for this). Some tout Domenicos but I've tried both and Don Lucas suits my taste. Have a great trip, a ciagr outside in the warm breeze at night with a good rum is a real treat. cigars tstae better in their country of origin.
