Can anyone suggest a good driver/guide to do a wine tour in Tuscany ?

We just got to know a cab driver in Siena and he gave us his cell number.
Whenever we called he would pick us up, drop us of at some town or winery then ask us when we would like him to pick us up. If he couldn't make it he made sure there was someone else wainting for us at the appointed meeting place. It was great for both of us since he basically became our private driver and for him because since we didn't go through his dispatcher all the money went straight into his pocket. It also ended up being cheaper than train/bus combos that need to be navigated in order to get to some of these out of the way places.
Now that's a win/win situation.
