A friend and I will be travelling to DC next month (I have a conference to attend at Crystal City). We plan on going to Shelly's Back Room and Ozio's (I was there about 10 years ago). Does anyone have any other cigar-friendly restaurant and/or bar recommendations? I'd love to find a cigar-friendly Irish bar with music, but have not had any luck yet...

Your assistance is appreciated.

Ozio is not what it used to be. You'll better served going to Butlers at the Grand Hyatt (@ the Metro Center metro stop). The Capital Grille is excellent, especially the one in Tysons. There is a good happy hour (free filet sandwhiches) at Mortons on Connecuit Ave.

Ozio is not what I would call a cigar bar. More like a trendy nightclub that sells cigars.

Shelley's, Butler's, and The Round Bar in the Washington Hotel downtown are good choices. The latter two are pricy for drinks, IMO, although Round Bar has some historical lore to it as caricatures of former statesmen who've visited the place hang on the walls.

Capital Grille has excellent food.
