There is a main road, that runs down a strip close to the ocean front. Look for the giant tourist shops, and continue till you get to a two story shopping center, in there you will find a cigar store. I have not seen any cigar bars in the area. Also, if you plan on doing some fishing on the beach , catfish is what you'll catch...throw the line right behind where the waves are crashing.
