the topic is this: In LA and Orange counties or else where in southern california, what restraunts, bars, taverns with smoking patios ALLOW Cigars as well.

I really really would like it to stay on the topic. So please, post what places you know of or even post URLS where such topics are discussed. (I sincerely request and beg you not to hijack the thread with discussions of anti smoking laws or one state vs another)

Allow me to start with my finds:

Pennisula Grill (in the Rolling Hills Mall)
550 Deep valley Dr Rolling Hills Estates,CA
Not only allow cigars, are very welcoming about it!

Killians Tavern, Torrance - in the shopping center at the north east corner of PCH and Crenshaw. A little more young and no collar than you might prefer but big deck with tvs.

Henneseys Tavern Redondo Beach 1811 Catalina in the Riveria village. back patio has a tv and you can be serve alcohol. the front patio has neiher to offer. WARNING - depending on your waitress, your smoke may or may not be warmly greeted.

On the Rocks, Redondo beach, King Harbor section next to Ruby's diner. GREAT sports bar, hugh patio. Daytime crowd is 30ish-50s, night time crowd down to the 20's. WARNING - depending on your waitress you smoke may or maynot be greeted with a smile.

The Winery at The District in Tustin. Great smoking lounge and fantastic food and drinks.
www.thewineryrestaurant.net

Morton's (Santa Ana)across from South Coast Plaza. Great outside patio. They also have cigar tastings.

JT Scmids. Across the street from the Stanley Cup Champs.

Those are my favorites.

All I ask for is a cold beer, intelligent conversation and a great cigar!

Thanks to all who've added to the list. I found another place. I hear the owners are cigar smokers themselves.

Bistro 767, in Rolling Hills Estates at 767 Deep Valley Drive.

Taps Brewery in Brea on the corner of Imperial Hwy. and Brea Blvd.

I didn't know about The Winery. Actually, I hadn't even heard of it until now.

There is a fairly new bar in downtown L.A. which features an outdoor patio on the roof, I can not remember, but I think they were going to have a humidor. I was there to set the gas meter during the construction phase, so it has been a while. This place is located just east of the Staples Center. It is on Olive just north of Pico or 12th. Sorry for the sketchy info.

Also, Club Aficionado Cigar & Wine, on El Toro Road in Lake Forest. Great owners, and if you are a Member you can have the place all to yourself for one night a year, free.

Thats the place in the mall by the Guitar Center? It has a nice lounge with a kitchen in the back? If I am thinking of the same place, yes a nice setup.

Yup, same place. I've been a member there since they opened. There food is good but they don't always have a cook. But on the times they don't they will order out for you. The same with Red Cloud in Fullerton.

If you want the inside scoop on LA and NY’s hottest restaurants, check out Mojo’s hi-def show After Hours with Daniel (Daniel Boulud, owner of Daniel,Café Boulud, and several other spin-offs). I’m working with Mojo and we’re really excited about the new season and seeing all of restaurants where we can’t even get a table. It airs on Wednesday at 10pm ET. Hope you like it!

In San Diego, there's Ceasar's Wine & Cigar Bar on 5th Avenue in the Gaslamp....in the Old Town section, there's Churchill's....and, in La Jolla, Pascaule's on Prospect has a small patio section for smoking set up next to where the live band performs.
