I was having my truck worked on the other day and while waiting I was looking at a 1964 Life Magazine. There was an ad in that magazine for Dr Pepper but instead of drinking it cold or at room temp the ad said try drinking it hot. The pic in the ad showed it in a coffee cup. I never heard of drinking Dr Pepper hot I guess it went out of style.
Have any of you heard or have tried drinking Dr Pepper hot?

Never heard of hot DP, but have had the kind made with real sugarcane. They only sell it in a Tri-County area in Texas. At least they used to. You can probably get it online now. It's better than the formula everyone else gets, which would be hard to improve upon. But the sugarcane version is smoother.
DR. Pepper with lemmon, hot, Good stuff, matches well with a cigar that isnt very high on the power scale, a VSG would kill the taste of the Dr.P, some thing light in the Avo line is greatwith it . Enjoy, Vince

I was born in `64 and yes as a youngster say 4 or 5 I can remember grandma doing that. I guess at that age my palate had not developed, kind of thought it sucked.

Doc lol at your advanced age almost every thing gives you gas.
You should try Beano to keep the methane levels down in your home.
