I purchased my husband a Daniel Marshall humidor a few years back and he loves it. I would like to buy him a travel humidor, but the humidors reviewed in Cigar Aficionado are a little out of my price range. Any suggestions on a quality item that is reasonably priced? (i.e. Less than $100 and something that I don't have to replace in 2 years). Thanks!

Depending on how many cigars your husband likes to take, you can get a "herf-a-dore" in 5, 10, and 15 cigar sizes. They are very strong, make a tight seal, and work well for short term storage.
I have also found that the disposable food storage bins that resemble the tupperware type, are also good, but do not have as much protection from getting crushed as the herf-a-dore.
Lastly, for a simple weekend trip, a good wooden cigar box, and a tube of humidity beads works great for me. I can pick up good quality cedar boxes at my local cigar shop for a couple of dollars.
I second the Tupperware and recycled cigar box suggestions. Perfectly functional and with the additon of some foam to keep the cigars from rolling around and a small humidification device, they'll work about the same as anything in the $200 range. Plus, if you buy stuff on your trip and need the extra space in your luggage, you can just toss the cigar box in the hotel trash without guilt.
If you want something a little nicer, here are some boxes and humidifers that will do the trick cheaply. Other stores will have similar items. All are well under $50.
