My wife makes this thing for parties with a whole wheel of brie and preserves (apricot or raspberry) baked in a a pie crust. It is served with crackers. It is always the hit of the party.

Baked brie -- it's one of my all-time favorite things to eat.

ooooh me too, except it should be philo dough, and I prefer pure brie and to serve any preserves separate! (I'm picky as all hell.) I'm sure it's absolutely delicious, gasdoc.

I just asked my wife. She said she uses Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets, not pie crust. Sometimes she puts walnuts in syrup instead of preserves. And yes, they are delicious.
