I'm going to that area on Vaca in a month. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with cigar shopping there? Looking to get something to smoke well I'm down there. Cuban would be great but it doesn't have to be. Any input would be great. Thanks.

Take your own. If you do find legit Cuban, you will pay 3 times what they are worth

I agree take your own. I was there in April 2004 and there are several cigar stores on 5th Avenue in PDC. The cigars are expensive and the stores lack atmosphere or class!

Actually, there was one store on 5th that I really liked. Can't remember the name, but it was on the right hand side (when walking with the water on your left). The guy was super helpful and spent alot of time explaining the different cigars with me. I eventually bought 2 boxes of Santa Clara 1830's.

100 ct Humidor looking for multiple tenants. Must enjoy the smell of cedar, 67% humidity and a steady temperature of 20 degrees Celcius. Please apply within, preference will be given to those who are of higher class.

Was there a year ago February. I don't know about you guys but all I saw in PDC were fakes. In one of the nicest shops I found a box of MC Edmundos but inside were a belicosos sized cigar. It wasn't even MC2 sized.
