I ended up at the Havana Club. Bice place, but not very busy. I got stuck with a $3 bottle of water when I asked for a water with my bourbon. I was PO'ed about that.
I guess their smoking ban exemption is only for about 3 years ands requires "tranitioning" to a smoke-free business, although the owner is likely to run out the clock and fight it in court, I'm told.
