Knob Creek, nice choice. Just finished off a bottle about 2 weeks ago myself. Will probably try Jim Beam Black or Evan Williams Single Barrel next time.

definitely will take a little getting used to. Incredible smell and taste though, one glass was more than enough for me.
This is probably as newbie of a bourbon question as possible, but are there any "tricks" to drinking it? Such as where it rests in your mouth when you take a drink?

You might want to cut it with a little water. I usually drink mine on the rocks. I'm not sure what kind of drinker you are, big sipper or not, smaller sips may help.

well I learned pretty quick that smaller sips were the way to go for me, cutting it with a little water may help until I adjust to not mixing it with anything. I'm generall a rum and splash of coke guy
