A mojito and a PSD4 really did the trick for me recently.
Among the most interesting pairings I've had was a CAO Italia and a beaujolais. For some reason the flavors, while strongly contrasting, really worked together. And I'm not normally a NC or beaujolais kind of guy.
Oh yeah, one more thing... A milky cup of dark roasted coffee and a Partagas Chico. It will blow your mind.

Last night it was a couple of glasses of red wine followed by a glass of 10 year old Bushmills whiskey, paired with a 15 year old Le Hoyo des Dieux. Beautiful.
Last week it was a few (ahem!) pints of Guinness paired with a RASS, a Trinidad Robusto extra and to finish off a RyJ Short Churchill. Big night for a guy who usually smokes 3 a week, but I was with fellow cigar lovers for a change, the weather was good and the Guinness tasted like mothers milk does to a baby...
I just came back from my vacation in Rio de Janeiro where I had visited the Asch caffe and had a chance to pair a Vegas Robaina, RASS and RiJ Short Churchill with HAVANA CLUB Anejo 7 Year Old RUM. Muito Bom!!!

Rocky Patel Edge Light, in honor of Kentucky Derby Day, paired with a Woodford Reserve on the rocks.
Woodford Reserve is the official Bourbon of the Kentucky Derby. And living in CA, went to Hollywood Park for Derby Day, and because there were NO MINT JULIPS, I went for second best, the Bourbon that makes 'em.

Two bottles of "Two Buck Chuck" and two Perdomo Slow Aged. I was sitting on a back yard deck watching my 3yr old grandsons birthday party. Great Party. I did share the wine and the cigars.
