Vegas lost most of the "must go" cigar places once the smoking ban went into effect. The Las Vegas Cigar Company is still hand rolling cigars, the store on Eastern and Sunset I believe. The Pheasant Club on Sahara is still open. If you want to get away from the strip and like Cuban food, the Havana Grill on Eastern and Pebble. They also have a heated patio area were you can smoke, drink, and eat in peace.
