Friend of mine has inquired as to whether Christmas is a good time to spend in Havana or if it would be better to go some other time....among other things, he wanted to know if the LOCALS--he's not interested in other tourists--go out to restaurants and bars on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day evening OR if they are more likely to stay at home with family (especially at night) and things are slower than other times of the year....Thanks
