I hate chicken, it's disgusting, but with my diet, sometimes I gotta eat it. I feel a need to disguise the flavor as much as possible.

I heated a cast iron frying pan over medium/high heat. Added a few drops olive oil. Threw in a few thin sliced chicken tenders. Covered with Joe Perry's Rock Your World Hot Sauce http://www.joeperrysrockyourworld.com/ . Added fresh grated romano cheese, and fried those babies up.

With it, boiled red potato, and fresh steamed spinach with garlic and balsamic vinegar.

Very tasty.

Do you remember the scene in Forest Gump where Bubba is telling all the ways to fix shrimp? Well that's how I feel about chicken.

2 million ways to fix it and I love it every way.

The taste reminds me of rattlesnake.

Steamer basket in a saucepan. About 3/4 inch water, boil, add spinach, garlic and the vinegar, cover, steam 10 minutes or so, stir. Done.

I agree with you,Wacco, chicken is very boring when eaten plain. Anything to liven it up helps you gag the boring bird down! Wink

Anybody ever tried alligator? They had it by my place when I lived in Michigan. Tastes like chicken.

I had some alligator in Iquitos, Peru one time. They were alligator nuggets, and I was given ketchup to dip them in. Pretty tasty. A bit like a chewy and slightly fishy version of chicken, just as one would imagine.
