Well it is starting too cool of a bit, so that makes it bonfire season up here in the "north country". In researching some beers I came across one whose descroption made me very anxious to try it.

Ayinger Celebrator Dopplebock

Anyone have any experience with it?

Also, where do you guys go to find your premium beers? The local supermarket doesn't always have the best selection..

Haven't had that one. I've seen it at my local
store, always tempted to pick it up.

I'm parital to the stout's, porters.

We have a local place here in Portland that
stocks at least 8-900 varities. Mostly from the
U.S. and Europe

If you can get stuff from Rogue brewery out
where your at I recommend it.

There based in Newport, Or.

I'm lucky enough to have One of Chicago lands best breweries to buy beer from. The Flossmoor Brewery and Station has some great micro brews, Anything they serve in a snifter is great, usually strong, over 10% and perfect with a cigar, the good seasonal brews are coming up now, the Barley wine is my favorite!

Bonfire night is Nov. 5th over here.

We burn effigies of Guy Fawkes, or failing that throw a serving politician on the fire.
