Yea! All those old fashion things like federal laws and customs apply in Hawaii. Last time I lived there it was one of the states - as in United States.

Take your own cigars and have a great time. What a beautiful state.

Yeah, it reminded me of those who think that New Mexico is a country and not part of the U.S.

Cashman, have a great time. Maybe you'll run in to Rascus there. I especially liked the isolated beach and swimming hole and the Grand Canyon of Hawaii, both on Kauai.

If you're going to Maui, from Kaanapali, head north and travel the one lane hwy around the northwestern tip of the Island. It's a narrow winding road with a few sketchy spots, but if you drive slow, it's fun and scenic. Right around the third sign that tells you to honk before rounding the corner to warn oncoming traffic, is a little turnout. There should be a fairly large Samoan there that sells Maui Wowie and Cuban Cigars. If you ask him nicely, he'll take you back into the foilage about a mile to his cousins house. Don't talk too much, he gets annoyed easily, but simply ask to see the Cuban Cigars. He'll be more than happy to help you.

Go Beavs!

The road to Hanna.....good times....good time......poor recollection.

How come they rent you a Jeep then tell you not to take it on that road?

Cashmaqn, didn't you used to brag about PAM's tasting like dirt and you had 60 boxes of Cubans? Or 47 or something?

This thread's due for a jack.

Peace.

Yeah, I remember the road to Hana. We didn't go that far but went far enough to be offered Maui Wowie -- turned down the offer. Confused Gorgeous scenery.
