Foodies @ Thanksgiving - What's the house specialty?

Duck sounds great, I might try that this Christmas along with my specialty PRIME RIB. My kids are grown up now and they finally broke down and confessed they didn't like all those years of Christmas Ham dinners. I wish they'd have told me about 15 years ago, because I didn't like them either !!

MMMMM... prime rib. That is da bomb! I just did a turkey tonight. I love turkey. I can't pass up a sale on turkeys without buying at least one.
