The basic food groups are listed below. What is missing here? What would you add to this list?

Meats & Protein
Grains
Fruits
Vegatables
Dairy
Fats & Oils

I can think of two things.

1. Alcohol- Beer was my first thought but then there are other favorites like Vodka, Scotch, ect......

2. Caffene- Where would we be without coffee, tea, soft drinks, and the new commer on the block energy drinks.

Are you for real? That's sicker than dating your sister and making her pay.

I like dogs as pets they are truly mans best friend. I have had dogs I trusted more than most humans. However in some cultures dogs are used for food. I ate dog once and did not know what it was till much later. Dogs taste alot like pork and that is what we thought we were eating.

I would not rule it out as a food source but dog and horse meat would be eaten only as a last resort and I would have to really be starving before that would happen again.

A gang of us used to get drunk everynight in Peking. We'd go the dog restaurant about once a week or so. The dog meat was all cut to shreds, cooked to very well done, mixed with all sorts of sauces. Tasted like Chinese food.

Why did I go??? BECAUSE ITS THERE! Wink
