I made a delicious Speperds Pie for my whole family the other night.

The potatos where whipped with Butter, milk, chicken broth and lightly seasoned.
In a seperate pan I carmalized some Red,white onion, three cloves of Garlic, red bell pepper, Pobalano pepper and took the corn from three ears of corn. I combined this together with the potatos, then spread it on the bottom of the pan. On top of that I put delicatly seasoned ground beef and topped it off with a three cheese blend of American, White Cheddar and Monterrey Jack. Stick in the oven at 350 till its melted then turn the broiler on and lightly char the cheese and Whoa, its good to go.

What is it with the cheese people? They are taking over!

Cheese on chili con carne, cheese on those Reuben sandwiches, cheese on poutine and now cheese on this.

Anyway your recipe sounds delicious.

Quality does not occur by chance. It is the result of intelligent activities.
