Never been to sigari, but cigar masters has padrons. 26's 64's and 80's.

Gloucester Street Cigar Co.

Would get my vote... not the eye candy of Cigar Masters, but they know their stuff and Jose is the man. He has some pretty rare finds if you have the coin, but all in all a great place to talk cigars!
