I've had it a many times before, and again last night.. and every single time, I'm mesmerized by how good it is..
basically, it's a baby calamari (full length, not sliced in rings), that is stuffed with minced grilled sausage, and then is cooked in a spicey tomato sauce....
freak'n out-of-this-world delicious...
